How is Finhired different from a recruitment agency?

Finhired is not an agency. We provide pre-verified financial services talent and AI-generated shortlists without intermediaries. You pay 8% success fees instead of 20–30 percent, and you get verification (ID, sanctions, employment, certifications) before speaking to candidates. The result is faster, safer and more cost-effective hiring.

How does your 5% hiring fee work?

If you hire a candidate that has been sourced, verified, or processed through Finhired, we charge 5% of first-year base salary. This is significantly lower than traditional agencies and it aligns our success with yours.

How do you protect candidate and employer data?

All verification data is encrypted, stored securely and access-controlled. We minimise data retention and only verify what is necessary for FS hiring. Sensitive information (passport, ID docs) is never shared with other employers.

How do you ensure your AI matching is accurate?

We use hybrid matching: LLMs for experience structuring + deterministic rules for certifications, regulatory exposure, seniority and risk level + human overisgn from our team of financial services recruiters. This ensures matching is explainable, auditable and aligned with FS hiring expectations.
