Finhired is not a traditional agency. We provide pre-verified financial services talent and AI+Human assisted candidate shortlists without intermediaries. You pay 5% success fees instead of 20–30 percent, and you get presented with prescreened and relevant candidates to select for interview. The result is faster and more cost-effective hiring, with compliance built in.
For employers that are subscribed to our platform, if you hire a candidate that has been sourced, screened, or processed through Finhired, we charge 5% of first-year base salary. This is significantly lower than traditional agencies and it aligns our success with yours.
All verification data is encrypted, stored securely and access-controlled. We minimise data retention and only verify what is necessary for FS hiring. Sensitive information (passport, ID docs) is never shared with other employers.
We use hybrid matching: LLMs for experience structuring + deterministic rules for certifications, regulatory exposure, seniority and risk level + human overisght from our team of financial services recruiters. This ensures matching is explainable, auditable and aligned with FS hiring expectations.
