You pay 5% success fees instead of 20–30 percent, and you get verification (ID, sanctions, employment, certifications) before speaking to candidates. If you hire a candidate that has been sourced, verified, or processed through Finhired, we charge 5% of first-year base salary. This is significantly lower than traditional agencies and it aligns our success with yours.
All verification data is encrypted, stored securely and access-controlled. We minimise data retention and only verify what is necessary for FS hiring. Sensitive information (passport, ID docs) is never shared with other employers.
