How is Finhired different from a recruitment agency?

FinHired is not a traditional recruitment agency. We give regulated finance employers access to verified candidate profiles, structured screening, and a lower-cost hiring model. Instead of a large agency fee, employers pay a low monthly platform fee, a fixed fee for qualified interviews delivered, and a smaller success fee only if they hire.

What do employers pay?

FinHired replaces large agency fees with a simpler, lower-cost model.

Employers pay:
- a low monthly platform fee for access to the hiring workflow, verified talent network and access to an assigned recruiter working as an extension of their team.
- a fixed fee only when an employer-approved candidate attends a first interview.
- a small success fee only if a hire is made.

This means employers avoid the typical 15% to 25% recruitment fee and instead pay in smaller, more predictable amounts as real hiring progress happens.

The result is a materially lower total cost per hire, better budget control, and no large lump-sum agency invoice at the point of hire.

How does the success fee work?

If you hire a candidate introduced through FinHired, a low success fee applies. This is materially lower than a traditional recruitment agency fee and is designed to keep pricing aligned to outcomes without creating a large lump-sum cost.

How do you assess candidate fit?

FinHired combines structured screening with rule-based matching around role requirements such as function, seniority, right-to-work, location, salary band, and relevant regulated-sector experience. This helps employers review candidates against clear criteria instead of relying on unstructured CVs alone.

Can you run deeper checks?

Yes. Enhanced checks can be added where required, including background, credit, DBS, and other role-specific screening. FinHired acts as the first layer of verification so employers can move faster before running deeper checks where needed.
