How does Finhired work?

Finhired ingests your job brief, maps must-have skills, and continuously searches finance talent pools. It scores candidates, runs structured screens, and delivers interview-ready shortlists. One click to schedule interviews. Candidates are delivered into your candidate ATS hub for review by hiring managers.

What roles and markets do you cover?

Banks, asset/wealth managers, insurers, and fintechs. Common roles: Risk, Compliance/AML/KYC, Finance/FP&A, Treasury, Actuarial, Audit, Ops/Middle Office, Product, Data/Engineering, and Change/Transformation. We mainly Cover the UK market, however can also carry out searches for EU, US, and GCC positions.

How is pricing structured?

We offer three options:

Contingent Placements
Platform plans (monthly) with a reduced success fee.
Platform only with usage/credits (AI minutes) with no placement fee.

Most teams start from $500–$1,000/mo with success fees from 5–10%, or choose credits for pure software spend.
